Diana M. Parise-Balest, 91, of South Greensburg, died Friday, July 22, 2016 in Nature Park Commons, Hempfield Township.  She was born October 9, 1924 in Boston, Massachusetts, a daughter of the late Felix and Pia Fiore.  Prior to retirement she had been employed for 30 years as a secretary for Dr. Roy Monsour, was employed by Dr. Yaser Kalash and had been employed for 20 years as a realtor for Northwood Realty.  She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, past president of Monsour Medical Center Auxiliary for several years, a 20 year member of the National Association of Realtors, graduate of Jeannette High School and attended Point Park Business College.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband: Anthony J. Parise; second husband: Rudy Balest; and sister: Norma Fiore.  She is survived by her son: Rick Parise and his wife Linda of Greensburg; 2 daughters: Toni Ackerman and her husband John of Greensburg and Linda Ungvarsky and her husband William of Virginia Beach, Virginia; a step-son: Paul Balest and his wife Kathi of Greensburg; 2 step-daughters: Sandra Levine and her husband Edward of California and Kim Rowe and her husband Wayne of Arizona; 6 grandchildren: Rob and Brett Bialowas, Christina Parise Palenchar, Stephen and Andrew Ungvarsky and Lauren Ungvarsky Bock; 9 great-grandchildren; and several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.  Friends will be received from 4 to 8 PM Monday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg where a funeral liturgy will be held at 11 AM Tuesday.  The family would like to thank the staff at Nature Park Commons and Heartland Hospice for their loving care.  A special thank you to Susan and Tara from Heartland Hospice for their kind and compassionate care for Diana. www.bachafh.com
