Dolores E. Kepchia, 94, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, June 13, 2017 in Nature Park Commons, Hempfield Township.  She was born November 12, 1922 in Latrobe, a daughter of the late Joseph and Marie (Yoboud) Ferlin. She was a member of St. Paul Parish, Greensburg; the SNPJ Club, Carbon, and enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and her grand dog Buddy. She enjoyed playing Bingo and going to the casinos.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Paulette Ream; a sister, Ruthann Robinson; and a brother, Regis Ferlin.  She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Paul Kepchia; 3 sons: Jerry DeFabo, Sr. and  wife Mary Frances “Chic”, of Crabtree; Fred Kepchia and wife Rose, of Greensburg; and Denny Kepchia and wife Teri, of Greensburg; 3 daughters: Carol Paulin and husband Denny, of Southwest Greensburg; Annette Lancaster, of Florida; and Lorraine Poletini and husband Joe, of Irwin; 8 grandchildren: Jerry DeFabo, Jr; Rizzi DeFabo, Michelle Clements, Michael Paulin, Shawn Ream, Steele Lancaster, Ashley Poletini, and Angelo Kepchia;  6 great grandchildren; 2 brothers: Joseph Ferlin and wife Frances, of Mammoth; Donald Ferlin and wife Billie, of Latrobe; 6 sisters: Marguerite Kenney, of South Carolina; Rita Lucotch, of United; Sr. Lorraine Marie Ferlin, of Pittsburgh; Gerri Trout and husband Tom, of Mt. Pleasant; Bev Spellman and husband George, of Latrobe; and Arlene Stahl and husband Ron, of Mt. Pleasant;  and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Thursday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  Prayers will begin at 9:30 AM Friday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 10 AM in St. Paul Parish, Greensburg.  Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Epilepsy Foundation.
