John E. Jablonsky, Jr.

John E. Jablonsky, Jr., 61, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, April 17, 2018 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  He was born March 23, 1957 in Greensburg, a son of the late John E. “Jack” Sr. and Marybelle D. (Bishop) Jablonsky.  He was the co-owner of Jablonsky Distributing in Greensburg.  He was a member of St. Bruno Catholic Church, South Greensburg. John was a graduate of St. Vincent College with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He was a member of the SNPJ Club, Fryeburg Sportsmans Club, Youngwood Sportsmans Club, A & B Club, Fort Allen Firemens Club, Keystone Rod & Gun Club, Roosevelt Club and Hempfield Hunt Club. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Debra A. (Karr) Jablonsky on September 11, 2017. He is survived by his children, Rachel McGrew and her husband Nick of Harrison City, John E. Jablonsky, III and Melanie Jablonsky, both at home; a granddaughter, Emma; his mother-in-law Jean Karr of Greensburg;  his brother, Tim Jablonsky and his wife Michelina, of Greensburg; his sister, Sharon Novakovich and her husband Dan of Blandon, PA; 3 sisters in law: Sandra Stark of North Huntingdon, Cindy Brown (Ronald) of Murrysville, and Sue Van Horn Marsh (Ron) of Florida and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  Friends will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM Thursday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  Prayers will begin at 9:30 AM Friday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 10 AM in St. Bruno Catholic Church, South Greensburg.  Interment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery. www.bachafh.com
