Marlene M. Bungard, 76, of Acme, died Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Excela Health Latrobe Hospital.  She was born May 1, 1941 in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of Mary (Snyder) Ledden of Greensburg and the late Clyde Sprung.  Prior to retirement she worked at Walmart and previously at Sub & Pub and Frick Hospital all in Mt. Pleasant.  In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse D. Bungard, and her brother, Clyde A. “Bert” Sprung.  She is survived by her son, Ronald R. Davis of Crabtree, her daughter, Donna L. McCloy and husband James C. of Acme, and 2 nephews.  The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and many others who have helped care for Marlene by providing incredible care, affection, and humor for the past three and a half years. Honoring her request, there will be no visitation or viewing.  Private interment in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society, 510 Pellis Rd, Ste 203, Greensburg, PA 15601 or www.cancer.org.  Leo M.
