Martha Irene Small, 80, of Jeannette, died Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  She was born March 16, 1936 in Mannington, WV, a daughter of the late Elmus and Minnia (Greathouse) Goodnight.  Prior to retirement she was employed at St. Vincent College.  She was a member of the Salvation Army, Greensburg.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband: Thomas E. “Buster” Small on February 3, 1999; her daughter: Nancy Lash; and her grandson: Thomas Lash.  She is survived by 3 grandchildren: Rebecca Rizzo of Latrobe, David Lash of Greensburg and Kimberly Lash of Greensburg; 3 great-grandchildren: Antonia, Heather and Thomas; and her brother: Luther Goodnight and his wife Shirley of Delmont.  Friends will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM Friday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  A funeral service will be held at 10 AM Saturday in the funeral home with Mr. Kenneth R. Reeves officiating.  Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
