Mary Ann Burns, 81, of Greensburg, died Sunday, September 24, 2017 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. She was born January 13, 1936 in South Everson, PA, a daughter of the late James J. and Mary (Lucia) Hines. Prior to retirement she had been employed as the receptionist at the Tribune Review.  She was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Greensburg and the Youthful Senior Citizens of the church. Mary Ann was a member of numerous card clubs.  She was a former member of AARP.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas C. Burns on April 12, 2007; 2 brothers: James P. & Joseph M. Hines; and an infant sister, Dolores.   She is survived by her son: Matthew T. Burns and his wife, Joy, of Las Vegas, NV; 2 sisters: Lorraine “Renie” Reynolds, of Florida and Bernadette “Bernie” Bleyer, of Greensburg; a brother-in-law: Robert A. Burns and his wife Bernadine, of Mt. Pleasant; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 3 to 7 Wednesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  Prayers will begin at 10:30 AM Thursday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 11 AM in Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Greensburg.  Interment will follow in St. Pius Cemetery, Mt.
