Sandra Lee Dalicandro

Sandra Lee Dalicandro, 74, of South Greensburg, died Saturday, March 10, 2018 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  She was born July 7, 1943 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Burgess and Leora (Beckwith) March.  She formerly had been employed by the Joseph Horne Company, Greensburg.  She was a member of St. Bruno Roman Catholic Church, South Greensburg.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Pasquina March, her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Nazzio and Rose Marie Dalicandro.  She is survived by her husband, John J. Dalicandro; her son, John James Dalicandro, Jr., and friend, Lori, of Greensburg; her daughter, Gina Dalicandro, of Greensburg; 4 grandchildren: Amanda Shanahan (Timothy), Andrew Raffensperger, Von-Ehren Dalicandro and Nyervannae Dalicandro; a great-granddaughter, Evelyn Rose Shanahan; several brothers-in law, sisters- in law, nieces, nephews and her beloved friend, Dawn Plumb. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 PM Monday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  A funeral liturgy will begin at 10AM Tuesday in the funeral home.  Entombment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum.
