William R. "Bill" Jeffrey, 52, formerly of Acme, died Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at UPMC East, Monroeville. He was born Sept. 5, 1963, in Greensburg, a son of Donna L. (Espey) Jeffrey, of Greensburg, and the late William A. Jeffrey. Bill was a graduate of Greater Latrobe High School, Class of 1981, and had been a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Greensburg. He was the former body shop manager at Latrobe Chevrolet/Ford then most recently worked at Scherer LLC in Cheswick. Bill loved fishing, boating and hunting and also spending time with his children and grandchildren. In addition to his mother, he is survived by three children, Billy Jack Jeffrey and his girlfriend, Nowel Hershberger, of Acme, Jake Jeffrey and his girlfriend, Elizabeth Baldwin, of Crabtree, and Jerica Jeffrey, of Latrobe; two grandsons, Shawn and Jaxon Jeffrey; his sister, Brenda Antis and husband, Dennis, of Armbrust; his brother, Jim Jeffrey, of Greensburg; his girlfriend, with whom he lived, Yvonne Brynda, of Penn Hills; and several aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., 2072 Route 130, Pleasant Unity, when at 8 p.m. services will be held in the funeral home.
