Cynthia M. (Zimmerman) Kaufman, 85, of Greensburg, died Monday, October 11, 2021, in her home. She was born March 21, 1936, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Sylvester and Rosella (Rectenwald) Zimmerman. She was a member of St. Paul Parish, Greensburg and was a volunteer for the church. She was also a volunteer for the elections board in Greensburg Fifth Ward. Cynthia was a devoted and loving wife and mother and lived for her family. She enjoyed her children and grandchildren, and her family knew going to her house meant enjoying her wonderful cooking and baking. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Laura (Stanko) Dominelli; and several siblings. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Paul Kaufman; their children, Joanne Lewis (Dr. Gary), Diana Perney (Kenneth W.), Paul Kaufman Jr. (Sharon), and Regis Kaufman (Debbie); nine grandchildren, George Lewis (Alex), Heather Lewis, Becky Bilheimer (John), Kenneth W. Perney Jr. (Kelly), Nicholas Perney (Cristin), Michael Kaufman (Amanda), Paul Stanko (Erin); Sarah Carkuff (Paige), and Nathan Stanko; nine great-grandchildren, Aster, Jalyn, Maggie, Kenny, Lupin, Jack, J.J., Connor, and Brooks; three sisters, Cathy Zimmerman, Patsy Baumiller, and Raine Whitehouse; and several nieces and nephews. A private funeral mass was celebrated at St. Paul Parish, Greensburg. Private entombment took place in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum. LEO M.
