John Christopher “Chris” Cantella, 57, of Greensburg, passed away Friday, November 26, 2021 in his parents’ home after a tough battle with cancer. He was born August 10, 1964 in Greensburg. Chris had been employed by ARCO Enterprise where he had a supportive and caring crew of co-workers. Chris had a lifelong love for dirt bikes, motocross racing, Mopars, hockey, and Harleys. He was a very talented and detailed motorcycle artist able to do custom paint jobs. Just last year he fearlessly re-entered motocross racing after a 31-year hiatus and was able to grasp a first place win! He will be sadly missed by his loving family including both of his parents, Jack R. and Barbara E. Cantella; his three sisters, Debbie L. Frye and husband Bob, Amy M. Cantella, and Heidi A. Noel and husband Bob, all of Greensburg; and five nieces and nephews, Sara, Melissa, Jon, Jacob, and Alexis. A private family visitation and funeral liturgy were held at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.
