Kimberly Lee (Babb) Howard

Kimberly Lee Howard, 59, of Irwin (formerly of Williamsburg, VA), died Monday, April 27, 2020 at home.  She was born November 28, 1960 in Newport News, Virginia, a daughter of the late Millard Edward Babb and Catherine Joann (Phelps) Babb.  She previously worked as a waitress and loved to play bingo.  Kim also enjoyed researching her ancestry.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Mark George Howard, her brother, Matthew Nathaniel Babb and her sister, Dee-Anna Lynn Hall.  She is survived by her sons, Tyler Jay Riel and his fiancée Jennifer Haskins and Austin Nathaniel Riel all of Unity Township, two nephews, Brandon Babb and his wife Brittany and Matthew Babb, several great nieces and nephews and many friends.  Private funeral arrangements handled by the Leo M.
