Leroy Smith

Leroy Smith, 81 loving husband and best friend of Geneva Smith for 44 years, passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2021.  He worked for GGI Old Window House for many years, and later worked for Gosnel’s on Route 30.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Violet Smith; two brothers, Thomas and Samuel Smith; and his sister, Mary Thomas.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sister, Betty Dopkowski; two sisters-in-law, Clarice Smith and Virgie Smith; his children and grandchildren who will miss him very much; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Thursday, April 8th at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Friday, April 9th in the funeral home.  Interment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery, Greensburg.  Please be prepared to adhere to all current health guidelines, including face masks and social distancing.  There will be no gathering after the service.    www.bachafh.com
