One of the nicest people God ever placed on the planet. My wife and I lived beside the barber shop and later we lived in the housing plan where Jimmy and family lived (for us 25 years). He would walk the neighborhood as did my wife and I. Other then being with my wife, the best part of the walk was frequently running into Jimmy and having heart-filled conversation about family, life and God. He was the quintessence loving family man. His wife Sandy was just as pleasant and it was a joy to be in her company as well.

As I told his family yesterday; Our loss is God's gain. My wife and I will miss our wonderful conversations with our dear friend Jimmy.

Dear Coletti family,
I am so glad we got to know Jim. His humble, thoughtful demeanor is something I try to carry with me as an example of Christian dignity.
May your hearts be full of gratitude for the gift he will always be to you and to us all.
xo,
Janice Colcombe

Condolences to the Coletti family. Having gone through grade school and high school with Jimmy, he always had a smile and friendly greeting on the occasions we would run into each other. He was a true gentleman in every sense of the word.

Dear Sandy & family,
My deepest sympathy to y'all. Jimmy will always be with us in our hearts. He was always so humble and thoughtful. It was so nice of y'all, as sick as he was, to take the time to visit with us all at Giannelli's last summer during my visit from Georgia. I wish I could be there now to give you a hug. Just know that I will be with you in spirit. My prayers are with y'all too. God Bless and keep you during this difficult time. I wonder if my Dad has any pranks planned for Jimmy in heaven. Love to y'all. Dianne

Sandy & Children : Thanks for giving me the opportunity to visit with you and Jimmy on Thursday. I really appreciated your thinking of me. I hope some of the things I shared with you will make things a little easier as time goes by. He was a good friend of mine and my brothers and I will miss him. It was an enjoyable time to share part of the past with you. Thanks again. Chuck Galvin
